Guidance letter nods towards future rule changes

The Section for Medical Marijuana Regulation released a new guidance letter Friday, this one addressing ownership, reciprocity, elective testing, and drive-thru windows. The letter denotes areas of interest for potential rule changes and needs for clarification.

Good afternoon MO Medical Marijuana facilities. The department continues to develop guidance to help answer questions we receive from licensed facilities. Attached is our Guidance Letter 3 that includes the following topic areas:

Do changes in business entity structures constitute a Change in Ownership?

Reciprocity in MO for non-resident MM patients

Performing elective testing in licensed testing facilities

Drive-thru windows in licensed dispensary facilities
