About Complia: MMJP application web portal

Complia is the official web portal for the Missouri Medical Marijuana Program. Industry stakeholders will utilize Complia to manage the application process for patient, caregiver, and business license applications. Complia allows users to update their previously submitted and approved applications as well as renew expiring licenses.

To date, Complia has been responsible for over 225,000 users and 200,000 applications submitted. The system has been used in Oklahoma, Maryland, and Montana, among other states.

“Complia provides a robust system to track and manage a wide range of license types including cultivators, processors, dispensaries, testing laboratories, and more,” reads the Complia website. “Unlike other business licensing software, Complia was designed specifically for medical marijuana, recreational marijuana, and hemp programs. Stakeholders can easily apply for a new license, submit updates (such as a change in location), and renew licenses. Our streamlined, workflow-driven approval process allows regulators to process new business applications rapidly and effectively.”
