CLOVR and Green Precision Analytics announce Second Annual Golf Tournament benefiting veterans

CLOVR and Green Precision Analytics announce the Second Annual Green CLOVR  Golf Tournament benefiting The Veterans Community Project (VCP) to be held on June 5th in Parkville, Missouri at  The National Golf Club.

The annual golf tournament is making this move in hopes to raise money for veterans with sponsorships from the  cannabis community, a 4-man scramble, raffles, 50/50 lottery, hole contests, and a golf ball shooting AR-15. The  inaugural event raised just under $10,000 in 2022 and the goal is set to triple that donation in 2023.

“Being a Marine Corps Veteran, this issue hits really close to home for me. I have witnessed and experienced how  hard the transition is from Military life to Civilian life and unfortunately, veterans only have a few outlets for  assistance,” says Tony David Owner and COO of Green Precision Analytics. “The folks at The Community Veterans  project fill a void that is absolutely imperative to struggling service members and we just want to do our part to  support them in any way we can.”

This golf tournament helps to build awareness of VCP and the many things it does for veteran community such as  providing food, bedding, toiletries, and even its tiny homes village at 89th and Troost in Kansas City, which provides  sanctuary and peace while addressing the underlying causes of homelessness.

“We are excited to be partnering with Community Veterans Project for our 2nd annual Green Clovr golf tournament.  We filled both foursomes and sponsorships in no time and are hoping to do the same this year,” said Josh Mitchem  CEO of CLOVR. “We are also super pumped to be hosting this year’s tournament at arguably, the most beautiful  course in Kansas City, The National. We are so excited about the generosity shown last year by our participants to  help our veterans. We can never do enough to show our support for the brave men and women that have sacrificed  so much to keep our country free and safe. “

“Veterans Community Project is honored to be beneficiary of the Clovr and Green Precision sponsored golf  tournament,” says Michele Orpin Director of Development of The Veterans Community Project in Kansas City. “It is  with the help of community partners such as Clovr, that provide much needed funding to help prevent  homelessness, suicide prevention, and emergency services for a Veteran in need. Working together we can offer  these much needed services to our Veterans. We thank Clovr and Green Precision for the opportunity now and in  the future to help.”
