New entertainment district to be built in Kansas City Metro featuring cannabis lounges

BHG (Besa Hospitality Group) is thrilled to announce that residents living in the Kansas City Metro area and Central Midwest will soon have a new Entertainment District along the river. This much-needed concept will include a state-of-the-art amphitheater, two indoor entertainment venues ranging from 500-2000 in capacity, festival grounds, food and beverage concepts, corporate
event spaces, and sites for weddings. These venues will feature local, regional and national shows and performances. The amphitheater is designed to be a major
attraction for preeminent artists and entertainers.

The project, a vision of BHG (Besa Hospitality Group) in Partnership with BesaMe Wellness, is a multimillion-dollar venue, appropriately named Smokey River
Entertainment District. The entertainment district is located 20 mins from downtown Kansas City in the Village of River Bend. The multi-use space will provide thousands
of jobs to the area and Smokey River will host entertainment’s biggest names in music, comedy, and the arts, catering to many different segments and genres. The
Missouri River location features fantastic views and experiences.

A unique feature of this project is to allow legal cannabis consumption in a select few of the venues. “We have an opportunity to showcase cannabis and the acceptance of
cannabis in our everyday lives. We’re normalizing cannabis through hospitality,” says Joey Pintozzi, Vice President of Operations and Marketing. “This is an entertainment
venue first and foremost. Cannabis just happens to be part of that experience. People will be free to legally consume in some of the venues and enjoy being themselves.”
“This is an incredible opportunity for ALL communities,” emphasized Jack Mitchell, CEO of the Besa Group of Companies. “More than amphitheater and entertainment
venues, this facility will help us develop the region’s music, hospitality, cannabis and culture economies together.”

This project will have two phases. The first, set to open in spring 2023 and the second to open in the spring of 2024. Phase 1 includes the festival grounds, exciting food and
beverage concepts, and a 1500 seat live music venue with options for corporate events of all sizes, weddings and more. Phase 2 includes the Smokey River Amphitheatre
featuring a 14,000-person capacity for major shows.

The amphitheater design features an elevated bowl to integrate fans and performers. It has clear sightlines, two-level VIP sections allowing delivery of tailored experiences
for our VIP guests. Its state-of-the-art stage will create unforgettable experiences.
