Medical cannabis education expo to be hosted by JAINE in Downtown St. Louis
May 14 Event — JAINE in Bloom — Features Two Dozen Education Stations and Local Cannabis Brands
The Missouri women in cannabis organization, JAINE, will host its first live event on Saturday, May 14. JAINE in Bloom will be a public community event offering education on medical cannabis–the plant and the state’s patient program. The event will be held in downtown St. Louis, and costs $5 to attend. JAINE members can attend free.
At the community education event, JAINE members who are professionals and tradeswomen in Missouri’s medical cannabis industry, will staff about a dozen different educational booths. Missouri cannabis product and dispensary brands will also be onsite exhibitors. About two dozen stations will be featured at the expo. All attendees receive a free gift bag with branded merchandise, educational pamphlets and offers, and free snacks and refreshments.
The topics featured include education on drug interaction, methods of consumption, the endocannabinoid system, terpenes, and CBD, THC and sexual health. Attendees can also learn what a cannabis product certificate of analysis (COA) is, and why it is important. A specialist will also detail Missouri’s medical marijuana program’s qualifying medical conditions and HIPAA-compliant medical marijuana certification processes.
JAINE in Bloom will be held at 301 Memorial Drive on Saturday, May 14, from Noon to 4 p.m. CT. It is planned and presented by JAINE’s Health and Wellness Committee. To register visit: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/jaine-in-bloom-tickets-315020473717
