Lee’s Summit dispensary location approved to operate, prepares to open

fresh.green dispensary received notice last week that one of their two locations is approved to operate. The Lee’s Summit dispensary will open when medical marijuana products are available within the next month.

The dispensaries will offer a fine selection of locally cultivated flower, delightfully crafted infused edibles and lab-tested manufactured THC products.

When products come available for sale, fresh.green dispensaries will immediately open their doors to provide the earliest available cannabis for its patients. Many products are currently in the testing phase; medical marijuana products cannot be purchased until testing is completed and passed. Additionally, as more cultivators and manufacturers pass inspection, a larger variety of products will come available at the dispensary locations.

“fresh.green dispensaries will offer carefully selected, locally cultivated flower and lovingly created cannabis handiworks to patients,” said Bianca Sullivan. “We expect to have medical marijuana available for purchase in the next weeks – now is the time for any patients waiting to get their medical marijuana card to get certified.”

Over 65,000 Missourians have their patient care card. There are many certifying physicians throughout the state, many of whom are offering telehealth certification services during the pandemic.

fresh.green owners and principal managers have extensive experience in law, cannabis advocacy (dating back to the 1990s), cultivation and retail experience in the medical cannabis industry, and the adult-use industry in states that have legalized.

As a company, fresh.green dispensaries hope to fulfill the mission of bettering the lives of those patients that will benefit from medical cannabis. The company will be operated for profit; however, a dedicated percentage of that profit will always be earmarked for discounts available to veterans and low-income patients in need. They look forward to opening both locations in 2020 as quickly as product becomes available to stock the dispensaries.
